The DJI FlyCart 100 with the G300-FC100 kit becomes a 24-hour tethered workhorse for logistics, lifting and emergency response. The 40 kW ground unit feeds a 30 kW airborne module (7.4 kg) over the high-voltage tether — unlimited endurance for the heaviest commercial payloads. If ground power is cut the drone flies and lands normally while the cable auto-retracts; cable break, disconnect or short-circuit trigger instant HV cutoff.

Ground station — G300-FC100
The G300-FC100 converts three-phase 380 V five-wire supply at 40 kW for continuous heavy-lift operation. The servo-driven winch manages 110 m, 220 m or 330 m of tether (custom lengths available) with adaptive tension, and multi-terminal interconnection — optional fiber-optic link included — carries live voltage, current, cable length and fault data to the station display, handheld terminal or PC client. Over/under-voltage, over-current, over-temp and short-circuit protection auto-recover; power-loss, over-unspool and cable-break protection are built in.
Airborne module — 7.4 kg battery swap
The 7.4 kg module takes a battery slot on the FlyCart 100 — plug in, lock, fly; no drone modification. Wide-range 800–1,000 VDC input is converted to a regulated 59.5 V ±1% output rated 30,000 W feeding the airframe, cargo winch and payload ports directly, with the remaining pack held above 90% as a cold backup. IP54 housing; module status reports to the ground station over the same cable.
